At Flow our daily offerings are made up of classes.
We pride ourselves on offering quality led classes that are fun, feel like a personal training session and get you the results that you hope from your training in a unique location.
Flow Workout
This is a class for everyone and anyone. Whatever your ability our expert coaches will guide you through this class as if it was a personal training session. Expect to develop body awareness, strength and confidence to try things you maybe never thought possible.
Basic Gymnastics (For All Levels)
This is a class that helps you to master moving your own body, in ways you likely haven’t since you were a child. Expect challenging movements, but all movements that are altered to fit your current ability. We break the movements down to build them back up again.
Endurance
This class is focussed on building your aerobic capacity. Think high heart rate, longer workouts and simple movements.
Weightlifting
A session focussed purely on practicing olympic lifts, learning how to move safely and efficiently before building strength utilising these lifts to do so.
Parent & Child Class
A special class for pregnant people or parents with little ones! This sessions is open to anyone and their children to come along and move. Our expert coaches are there to guide you in a way that ensures you are safe and listening to your body or alternately a space that allows you to train whilst having your little one!
Run Club
Each Thursday we host an outdoor run club for all abilities.
