    Oakley Hardwick is the founder of Forest Flow and has been a dedicated educator in the fitness industry for over 13 years. She has traveled the world, training coaches to become certified CrossFit Level 1, Level 2, and Kids instructors as part of the CrossFit seminar staff. Oaks made history as the first female to become a CrossFit Lead Instructor in Europe. As a CrossFit Level 3 coach, personal trainer, and movement mechanics specialist, she brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of individuals at every stage of their fitness journey. Additionally, her experience as a competitor has influenced the development of a comprehensive competitive program, which she created for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. Having competed at the CrossFit Games and other prestigious events over the years, Oaks has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed at the highest levels.

    Liam Burke has been teaching in the fitness industry for the past 5 years, starting his journey as a CrossFit coach before transitioning into movement mechanics, specializing in injury rehabilitation and rehab. With his extensive experience, Liam brings a wealth of knowledge to every class he teaches. His expertise allows him to adapt and tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every individual, ensuring a personalized approach to fitness and recovery.

    Matt Humpage

    Matt began his career as a PE teacher before transitioning into teaching outside of schools over the past two years. He works with both adults and children, bringing a versatile approach to his teaching. With a background in rugby, Matt has a strong understanding of competitive sport, which he shares with those looking to pursue it. His mindset allows him to break down movements in a clear and accessible way, making complex skills easier to understand and apply for all levels of athletes.
