A little info on your hosts:

Robyn Wright: “I'm the co-owner of CrossFit Stirling and I have had the privilege of working and traveling as part of CrossFit Training Seminar Staff.

I went full time into CrossFit after graduating from uni in 2022 with a degree in Physiology & Sports Science. Over the recent years I’ve I have taken a particular interest in how the body moves as well as nutrition for both health and performance.

Finding CrossFit as a teen in 2017 I had no idea that this is the journey it would take me on. I have been and continue to be surrounded by others that support and provide me with opportunities to continually develop. Being able to give back, provide a space and share experiences brings me so much joy in supporting others on their journey. It's the moments when someone realises what they are capable of, while letting go of any perceived limits, that never fails to put a smile on my face. An absolute privilege to see.”

Oaks Hardwick: I’m the owner of Forest Flow and have spent the last ten years deep in the fitness industry—as a coach, a high-level athlete, and traveling the world with CrossFit HQ, teaching others to become coaches. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, across different cultures, and even inside prisons. That experience has completely shaped the way I teach today—keeping things practical, no-nonsense, and inclusive.

I truly believe that training should be empowering, fun, and a way to understand yourself better—without the pressures that life throws at us. Flow has always been my way of offering that on a larger scale, doing what matters to me most: pairing fitness with nature and increased self awareness.”
