What You Get in 14 Days + A Challenge to YOURSELF
✅ Unlimited access to all classes—find what works for you
(AIM = 2 Daily Workout Classes Per Week)
✅ Access to our specialty sessions to develop skills and confidence to get comfortable and meet others
(AIM = 1 Speciality class a week)
✅ A personal coach or mentor to check in with if you have questions
(AIM = Check in with this person at least once during your time at Flow)
✅ A community Run Club to wrap it up
We’re not just throwing you into classes and hoping for the best—you’ll have guidance, a plan and people who care about your progress.
(AIM - Attend one run club in your two weeks or push the boat out with one per week!)

How It Works
Week 1:
🔹 First couple of days: We’ll get you set up and welcome you into the community. You’ll try your first session and start getting a feel for the space.
🔹 The rest of the week: You’ll explore different classes, find your rhythm and get a mid-week check-in to see how you’re doing.
✅ By the end of Week 1, you’ll have built some momentum and started to feel the benefits.

🔹 Now that you’re settled in, it’s time to dive deeper. Keep training, moving and learning!
🔹 Towards the end of the experience, we’ll check in to see what’s been working for you and how you’re feeling. You’ll also be invited to a community workout or social event—a chance to move, laugh and connect.
✅ At the end of the 14 days, you’ll have a clear picture of what training at Forest Flow feels like—and if it’s the right fit for you, we’ll talk about what’s next.
